Prep the pork: Remove pork chops from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking. Pat both sides completely dry with paper towels.
Season: Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl, then rub evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Preheat: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
Air Fry: Place pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook at 400°F for 8–10 minutes for boneless or 10–12 minutes for bone-in, flipping halfway through.
Rest: Remove when internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) on a meat thermometer. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
