Ingredients
  

For the Buttery Graham Cracker Crust
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
For the Rich & Creamy Cheesecake Filling
  • 32 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  6. Fold in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter over the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 55–60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling.
 
  • Don't overmix after adding the eggs.
 
  • Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.
 
  • Top with fresh berries, chocolate ganache, or caramel sauce before serving.
