Dip each slice into flour → egg mixture → cornmeal mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.Fry Until Golden
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat (about 350–375°F).Fry tomatoes in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.Drain & Serve
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
Notes
